I made an appointment at the store at Dogwood in Flowood looking to upgrade my iPhone 15 to the iPhone 17 Pro Max. They were very helpful and I had a 14 day trial on the new phone. Unfortunately it wasn’t suited for my needs. I returned the phone and the assistant Jam helped me. No pressure to purchase another iPhone.
I had an amazing experience working with Keyy. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help me. You can tell she genuinely care about people, not just the job. Communication was clear, she was patient with all my questions, and everything was handled smoothly.
