Terrible experience. Not impressed with Amber’s attitude. Not very impressed with AT&T overall. I switched from Verizon to AT&T to merge our accounts, but I wish I would have dropped AT&T instead. AT&T has poor phone reception, poor customer service, zero level of care. We came in to switch to AT&T today and worked with a manager and a rep..they were both absolutely wonderful to work with! One of those experiences I hope we get a call from corporate to rate the service because these fellows exceeded a 10 out of 10 rating!
