We bought an iPhone 7 and were told that we could get another one free if we added a line within 14 days of activation. When we tried to add a line and get the second phone they told us the promotion had suddenly ended. We have 5 lines and have been happy with AT&T in the past but this is making us consider switching providers. No appreciation for customer loyalty whatsoever!
Y'all should compete with gci in the state of alaska. Chose them just because the only carrier that works through out the state with statewide plan. They charge outragously for over usage and i know because they dont have competitors. Shut my data one time for a month and they still charged me over data usage when it was all wifi. One of the lawsuit claim news reports they admitted they dont have the equipment to know how much data is actually used and so they guesstimate.
