RecommendedThe guys at AT&T Tupelo litteraly saved my life. Since July 22, LTE has turned off in the US. I'm from Canada, QC, and we havent migrate to 5G yet, still on LTE. So I was in Mississipi for my work. Finding out that my cellphone wont work, neither my GPS, I got lost fast and easy while driving at nigth in the woods and the fog ... Finally landed in Tupelo. Phone support sucks beyond belief.
Go to the Oshkosh store. They're much more professional. Guy walks out from the back chewing on a candy bar, looks at me and walks Io the back room again. Never said a word. just looks at me. This is the store on WI Ave. the other guy tried to scam me. Fed me a total bs story. Both acted like I wasn't even there. worst customer service!
This is an updated review. We decided to give the store a second chance and we’re very disappointed. Currently there is a promotion going on offering up to $800 towards a Samsung galaxy trade in. The managers guaranteed me I would get $800, however when I brought in the device, they gave me a trade in contract valuing the phone at $20.
