Every time I go to this store I’m always greeted upon entering the store quickly and with a helpful and friendly customer service. I’m never dissatisfied and I make it a point to go to this AT&T store. The girl working there, Berniese was very helpful and and I was in and out of there in about ten minutes.
Joanna and Aurelio were the best AT &T staff we have ever had. Bar none.
Big thank you to Aurelio who is both knowledgeable and professional. Aurelio set up my father-in-laws Samsung phone. He was courteous and patient with us, walking us through the features that would make the phone easy to use for an 80 year old senior.
They said wait 1 min but we sat there for like 15 mins and they still did not ask us. So we just left. The girl was just on her phone the whole time.
