Account hacked! Because not a corporate store would not do anything to help non speaking brother to get phone to work. Told him his phone was reported stolen, but didn’t call police! Texting is his only way to communicate! No customer service at all! Wanted him to buy new phone and then they would add it to account. Manager or owner not available!
I went to this place for some help with my phone. I had an unlocked phone from its carrier and the problem was I put my sim card in and only calls would work not the internet. I asked if they could put settings in the phone or something to get it to work but I was told if it wasnt an AT&T phone that my sim card would not work. So I did some research and found the 4g apn settings and put it in my phone and now my internet is working perfectly. Thanks AT&T for the help!!!
