So my husband worked for ATS ambulance in Indianapolis IN. Every 22 weeks the company has shift bidding. Meaning they change normally at least 50% of all there shifts and screw over a bunch of the employees. Completely doing away with shifts or changing the times of shifts. Making them have to take other shifts or change there whole lives to keep working there.
