5 stars rating is not enough. So pleased to find the company. Always get same day service or the next day 1st thing in the morning. Every time you get to speak to the LIVE person, and quick. Finding a quality technician is always a challenge. Virtually all of them make mistakes and that’s to be expected. The question is how do they recover? Ats Mechanical came to my house to improve airflow in my office. When they came the first visit they didn’t route the ducting properly. When I communicated that to them, they responded the next morning immediately and fixed the problem. Eric handled this personally and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend ATS.!!Â
This day in age, it’s a pretty scary process on deciding who to use for your AC company with everything being so expensive.I have dealt with a few companies throughout the years and I can honestly say that ATS have been the most honest, dependable, knowledgeable company for me so far. Whoever chooses this company will be happy and stress free..Â
Tom Caldwell came out to service my ac he was willing to show me the bad part on his meter and then showed the new part on the meter. And answered any of my questions. It was nice to not feel ripped off and I could tell ATS cares about their customers. My AC is back up and running. Thanks TomÂ
