Very poor customer service!!
Poor customer service, everytime we order from them they mess up our our order, they ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING, we called and were treated VERY poorly after placing an order well over 100.00, we were essentially called liars oh, and apparently its not the managers job to take an order in the middle of the lunch rush!!! This will be the LAST we ever order from you!!! You just lost alot of business!!!! Good thing you saved 8.00 on the wrap you forgot....
poor customer service after they made a mistake on a $150 order.
Very poor customer service. Didn't receive one item on a $145 order and simply asked for credit of $8 for our next visit when the manager said "we are wrong, I don't believe you, you shouldn't have called in a big order during lunch rush" Can you say WOW!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Went today- delicious! I had the burger special with fries. They were a bit too greasy for my liking but those without so much grease were like boardwalk fries! Mom had the cheesesteak panini which was great. My daughter had the grilled cheese and no complaints there either! The BEST part is pups allowed in the outdoor seating area. I wish more places allowed pets at their outdoor seating! We will def be back!
The service was great and food was excellent!!!
