Do not come here. The doctors are good, but the scheduling and appt times are horrible. They are always 30-45 minutes behind. When confronted about it, they were very rude and blamed us, the patient for scheduling at 4pm.
Had my first apt and was a nervous wreck but the staff was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I couldn't be more thankful for dr. Louann. She made my worst nightmare not all that bad after all!
I would not recommend the midwife program. I had a terrible experience with it and my labor and delivery was a nightmare because of the midwife I had.
The people at Atrium have become friends through my experience there. I have two beautiful girls that they helped bring into this world. They also helped me through the heart break of two unsuccessful pregnancies, helped me cope with my dad having a massive stroke when I was 5 months pregnant with my first, and helped me with numerous complications - but my girls are here and perfect � I won't be having anymore children and although that was a difficult decision to make, I know it was the right decision. I wish I could give this rating no stars. I have been going to the Atrium for over 13 years and I cannot wait to leave. (I actually should be gone but instead of sending my medial records last Monday to my new Dr. it's just another item to add to the list of what they have dropped the ball on) I am so disappointed in the lack of care for me during my pregnancy. Your not a person your a number to them.
I just had my first appointment here. I've been telling doctors the same things for 12 years, and I finally feel like someone is listening to me. They were able to get me in relatively quickly, and we're so nice and compassionate. I finally feel like I have a chance!
