Just tried to call and make an appointment and they said billing needed to speak with me first, so I said okay. I have not been to atrium since I had my PP check up... all she said was that I had a balance which I never knew what for. My address has changed but like I said I have not been there since January of 2019.... she was completely rude and said “well we sent out 15 statements” with the most attitude in her voice. made no attempt to tell me what exactly for. RecommendedMy husband and I 💗 this place! I had a great experience going to Atrium for my very first pregnancy. All the physicians are really sweet and helpful the office was always neat, clean, and friendly -- i would highly recommend!
My 23 year old was having an issue burning urination. They got her in on a Monday to see the nurse. Ran test for what looks like sores. By the next day she was in pain. She called back and they won’t treat her until they get the test results. She is in horrible shape with pain and can barely walk. Fri. they said come in on Mon. How can they expect a person to suffer in pain and have to be able to go to a job etc.?
Very friendly and professional. I had my second visit with them today. Dr. Goodrich is awesome and the staff is great. I would highly recommend the Atrium.
all the staff are very nice and pleasant to talk to bout anything. i have had 3 kids and all the doctors for all 3 were amazing! the team at atrium is great
Everyone there is very nice! My mom, sister and myself are patients there and we love them!
I was very displeased with this office. Office staff is rude and generally unhelpful.
