Update: After I left my initial review, the office seemed to be on top of listening to their messages and responding/filling my scripts when i needed them. Now, less than two months later, they have regressed back to not listening/responding to messages. I don't know if the office is understaffed, but it's ridiculous how hard it is to get a hold of anyone. I've been trying to reach the office for three weeks. Left several messages and never hear back. I need two prescriptions filled. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone who actually works in the office. When I call during business hours it goes straight to voicemail. And then there's an after hours answering service that clearly isn't relaying any of my messages. Seriously considering finding a new primary. This has been an ongoing issue with this office but this month has been especially bad.
Dr. Mehta is kind and very caring. Looks at you and not all the time at the computer screen. Been with him 11 years
