The care is horrible and my wife died.
RecommendedI spent two weeks as a patient at Atrium, at the end of January of this year. I honestly cannot use too many superlatives in describing the exceptional care I was given. EVERY person on the staff, from Larry, Robin, Sara, Anna, and Gift, among many others, to Dr. Mallick, displayed highest degrees of professionalism and expertise. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE PT STAFF HERE. MY FATHER IN LAW JUST LOVED THEM. HE RESPONDED MORE TO THEM THAN HE DID US ( I'M JEALOUS). BUT THEY REALLY WORKED WITH HIM
This facility is the worst "medical" facility I've ever tried to get care for my mother in. She's been in several good hospitals and I know what is right and this place is WRONG! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
The entire staff at Atrium has gone over and beyond their normal line of duty to help patients be comfortable in this time of the dire Harvey crisis. Opening their doors and accepting 28 more patients from a nearby nursing home which had to be evacuated speaks volumes about their service to the community. Kudos to the entire team of Atrium. Very proud of them.
After our Horrible experience at the nursing home, they gave my mother decubitus ulcer. They moved her to Methodist hospital.they wounds were infected so Doctors suggested for us to take my mother to kindred hospital . But we decided to go to something close to our home. Atrium by far is one of the best facilities that we have ever been. The place is extra clean feels like brand new . The staff were amazing and they did everything they could to make us happy. The staff are awesome took care of my brother really good. The staff also took care of me also while I stay with him
The atrium is a beautiful hospital and the have great nursing staff the people are great and the physicians are amazing as well as wound care team I'm not going to lie it was a bumpy start and I didn't like it here but as I spoke with the management team they have been trying to make me feel comfortable here I still have a while to go but I can say they try to keep their patients well being at far front.
