I'm amazed to read the bad comments, at least my experience with Karona and Michelle from Atrium Management was very good. On only one occasion I had problems with the patio door and they solved the problem in less than a week. That's why I give them five stars and I recommend them 100%
The lack of upkeep in these apartments (Hammocks of Newberry to be exact) is ridiculous, I live here currently and have been since October 2024. For months I have asked for the outside of my building to be kept up as we are under a huge tree and nest and spider webs, leaves etc. are all over areas that we can't reach as tenants and since October that has not been done. My weekend guest was chased away by the property manager after she came storming to my door early on a Saturday morning.
Trust the bad reviews. 7 months of paying rent and they still can’t seem to find time to put screens on my windows. They’ll leave generic comments on all of their bad reviews telling you to contact them. I actually tried contacting them- they told me to contact my property manager. The property manager keeps saying they’re waiting on atrium. This place is an absolute joke.
