My weekend guest was chased away by the property manager after she came storming to my door early on a Saturday morning.
Trust the bad reviews. 7 months of paying rent and they still can’t seem to find time to put screens on my windows. They’ll leave generic comments on all of their bad reviews telling you to contact them. I actually tried contacting them- they told me to contact my property manager. The property manager keeps saying they’re waiting on atrium. This place is an absolute joke.
Never call customers back after leaving so many messages and not returning deposit.
The absolute worst experience, I have ever had in any apartment. I had glue coming up in my floor for over 8 months until I moved out. They told me maybe 20 times they would fix it and hung up the phone on my wife. They did not fix anything. I would prefer to give them 0 stars. There is so much more to add here but I will leave it at this. I stayed there because of the location. At all cost stay away from this place.
The worst experience I've ever had, apartments in poor condition, thieves and they never take charge of the units. It's torture to get something fixed, they make you wait weeks and they don't have the right staff to do it even in emergencies! They really deserve a class action lawsuit!
