Unfair and Unprofessional Treatment After two years renting with Atrium Management, we were left deeply disappointed. They ignored serious maintenance issues like flooding, broken pipes, and drainage blocked by tree roots. At the end, they asked us to vacate the home, then unfairly deducted from our deposit for things we didn’t do—like cleaning and removing furniture we never had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We rented from Atrium Management for two years. While the experience started off well—with a welcome note and quick attention to a few minor issues—it quickly went downhill after the first year. We submitted several maintenance requests for serious problems like leaking faucets, clogged drains, and flooding in the garage caused by a washing machine draining improperly. tuve una experiencia muy negativa con la propiedad 2220 Corrine dr. A pesar de haber enviado una carta formal, respondiendo a una cobranza equivocada, solicitandoles me demostraran con facturas las cantidades que me esteban debitando, por no estra de acuerdo y basandome en hechos con documentacion fui ignorada. No me devolvieron el dinero completo, no respondieron es por ello que me siento estafada y enganada. Shekinah and Tiffany went above and beyond to help me out and get me into my unit. Truly did more than what was required of them and saved the day for me during a difficult move to Orlando. Best experience I’ve ever had at any property management company and would recommend to all my friends!
