Jose with atrium management has been very helpful on getting work done on the house they manage. The vendors have come and made repairs without any problems.
I have been a Tenant with Atrium Management since 2019. While there are always ups and downs when in a rental contract, I have found their website easy to navigate when reporting a maintenance issue and for payment of rent. Big SHOUT OUT to Jose, my assigned property manager. He was able to effectively communicate with the Landlord regarding some deferred maintenance at the house and bring action when all other requests seem to fall on deaf ears.
