The presentation was excellent. Ms. Sievers was very attentive and nice.
I wish I can give zero to this company!!! They never respond, NEVER!!! Also, the make you open MELDS for things that need to be fixed in the unit and after opening the ticket it can take WEEKSS to respond or even worst they never respond and close your ticket without any explanation!!!!! They also make you wait for HOURS when it comes to fix the problem … last time I waited for 5 hours and the technician never came and the marked my ticket as completed!!! Since this company is in charge of the unit I live it’s been a nightma... read more

The maintenance was excellent. They were quick to respond and sent someone out ASAP. The issue of the AC was fixed and I am very happy With the results
