RecommendedI have had nothing but a positive experience from this facility! When I became pregnant I rotated through all the doctors, which everyone should, and loved every one of them. My favorite is Melanie King but I have seen and had amazing experiences with them all. I came into the ER for an issue while pregnant and Dr. Luley seen something the ER doctors didn’t detect and saved me and my babies life by diagnosing me with preeclampsia and getting me the proper care I needed. I highly recommend this facility and all of the staff!
I’ve had 5 miscarriages, no one would touch me because I am so high risk not even the health department in Gastonia, needless to say I went to McAllisters and they were amazing, treated me as there own, i needed a deeper ultrasound and they scheduled me with the best out of Charlotte! I will definitely go back to them once I get pregnant again! And I live in South Carolina now but it’s worth the trip
Had a great experience there with my first baby. Dr Hildebrand was wonderful. When I became pregnant again, I was unable to get an appointment with him. Saw the new NP, and she was nice. But, when I miscarried at the end of December, they chose to call me and tell me the news over the phone... instead of waiting to tell me during my appointment that SAME afternoon. “You can still come in at 4:00 for your appointment if you want to” was what the CMA told me. I thought that was very impersonal and heartless.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Completely incompetent staff at the front as well as tactless doctors. I have been billed since February despite the fact that I have had insurance coverage and have had to pay nearly $600 out of pocket because the women at the front desk don't know how to file insurance. This place is a scam and will do anything to get your money never go here unless you want to be harassed three times a day for money you should not have to pay.
Just today in general has made me not like it here!!!!!!!
