If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I am a pregnant Medicaid patient. I called several weeks ago to set an appointment (making sure they were taking new Medicaid patients) and the appointment was set only for another nurse to call me back leaving me a voicemail that they wouldn't accept me. I called for weeks looking for another doctor and my search brought me to Dr. Kelley Rouse which I wasn't aware was apart of this Northcross practice.
