I’ve been going to LPFP for over 12 years, I’ve seen Marlene and Dawn and Regina, Dawn is my go to for everything, she is great! Super understanding and helpful, I’m a mother of two toddlers and as a mom I feel like I could always do better (of course) but I’ve never been made to feel like I wasn’t doing a great job. I had pulled up Lake Parks info to call them and noticed the low score for reviews. I am beyond confused. I have gone to Lake Park for around 10 years and absolutely love them. Dawn Hale is who I see and she has never been anything but helpful and given great care. There have been times where I’ve had to wait (nothing unreasonable) or they may not have been able to fit me in that day but isn’t that kind of to be expected for a busy practice? This medical office is efficient and cares. I use Dr. Kelly your visit is thorough his manner is open and concerned. You can go on line for refills do note the time it might take for a response though I never had to wait more than a day for it to be filled. I have also seen several other doctors in this office i would recommend any of them.
Lincoln Eye Center has been persistent and concerned in helping me maintain and improving my eye sight. This is not an easy task due to “RK” surgery from years past. Both Doctors are diligent in their efforts and the staff is friendly and helpful.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I am a pregnant Medicaid patient. I called several weeks ago to set an appointment (making sure they were taking new Medicaid patients) and the appointment was set only for another nurse to call me back leaving me a voicemail that they wouldn't accept me. I called for weeks looking for another doctor and my search brought me to Dr. Kelley Rouse which I wasn't aware was apart of this Northcross practice. My family has been with Carmel Family and Dr. Marc Lewin for over 20 years and he is by far one of the best doctors in town. He is kind and caring. My husband had numerous health issues and every specialist he sent us to was top notch in their field. The day we found out my husband had cancer, Dr. Lewin personally called the oncologist he wanted my husband to see and we had an appointment the next day. My husband passed away 3 years ago, but I continue to see him. He is an awesome doctor and has never steered us wrong!
My previous eye doctor misdiognosed my astigmatism for quite some time before I switched to Lincoln Eye Center. The previous doctor gave me reading glasses that did not fix the problem and I had suffered my entire college career with headaches and migraines because of it. Dr. Hitt and his staff at Lincoln Eye Center were able to correctly diagnose my symptoms and correct the problem quickly. I loved this place. Best doctors I ever had! The nurses were on top of things as well. The location is really pretty too. I am glad I choose to come here. I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!
The office isn't coordinated. On one occasion an inadequate msg was to advise an urgent hospital visit. I was unaware until my next appt b/c my callback resulted in, “We don’t know why someone would have called you. Just come in for your next appt.” NE began scheduling 2-3wkly appts w/o consent, marking my chart negatively if missed & threatened to d/c care until I threatened legal action.
