Dr. Nicholas Masciello asked me if I had used a urine sample that was sitting in the sample return box. He stated that my urine sample looked identical to the sample that was already in the box. This line of unusual questions from a Doctor of Osteopath was off putting to say the least. I was at the office to have a biopsy of my endometrium. This is no way to establish a trusting relationship with patients. I have practiced as a Nurse Practitioner since 2005. As always my visits to Eastover have been great. Both Dr Dickerson and Dr Tang are awesome and have great bedside manners. They explained everything to me in advance and also during the procedure. I’m in GREAT hands with them.
Everything was great love Dr Tang she’s the best been very helpful since I’ve had my 1yr old she’s been one of my docs very engaging and informative. Shows she cares and make you feel comfortable and very welcoming
I have been thoroughly pleased with all the doctors I have encountered here. They are so professional and have great bedside manner. From the front staff to the nurses and the doctors, I am thoroughly impressed
