I had an appointment for an ultrasound to assess symptoms related to taking tamoxifen for 9 years as part of my breast cancer treatment protocol. When the doctor came in, which was 20 minutes after my appointment time, she didn’t know the reason for the appointment so I had to inform her. During the our discussion, I asked a few questions about menopause and she asked if my breasts have been sore. I had a double mastectomy, so definitely not.
