Postpartum period changes can be hard enough, but I’ve had debilitating pain and needed timely medical support. I tried repeatedly to get assistance from Satavia and staff, and received little to no follow-up. The lack of responsiveness added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I recommend seeking care elsewhere.
This was a Pleasant experience for me! The staff was wonderful, everyone from the front desk to the doctor who saw me! She explained everything including options I had. I really appreciated this.
