I had a terrible experience just trying to get an appointment. Ms. Terri Blankenship asked me to leave a message in “MyChart” for an ultrasound, which I did. However, I received a response saying I needed to call to schedule the appointment instead. When I called, I was told there were no available appointments. I waited for a month and reached out again, only to go through the same frustrating loop. This was simply going in circles! I don’t understand the point of having a patient portal if I still have to call to schedule.
Everything is excellent
My experience has been amazing. DR. PEKMAN takes time to listen to your concerns and discuss in detail. I never felt rushed, or unseen. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Great Service. Love my doctor. Dr. Rousse is awesome. Such a great provider.
Dr. Seacrest is the absolute best! She is so intelligent, kind, and empathetic. She is easy to talk to and also a very good listener. I have recommended her to all my friends!
