Very bad customer service , I had experienced I had my appointment I already informed them I will be 10min late, I live 50min away , but when I reached they said we can't take you , you are 10min late, that's weird.

I have been with Char Ob for 28 years because of Dr. Hansen-Lindner. She is an amazing physician and has wonderful bedside manners. Im sure many of the other Dr's are wonderful as the practice has grown. I will stick with Atrium to continue seeing Dr. Lindner.

I had a terrible experience just trying to get an appointment. Ms. Terri Blankenship asked me to leave a message in “MyChart” for an ultrasound, which I did. However, I received a response saying I needed to call to schedule the appointment instead. When I called, I was told there were no available appointments. I waited for a month and reached out again, only to go through the same frustrating loop. This was simply going in circles! I don’t understand the point of having a patient portal if I still have to call to schedule.
