Excellent customer service and always with a smile
Dr. Bush has been my doctor for years, so when I heard she was moving to a new clinic, I hurried to schedule an appointment. The staff here are so nice and welcoming. It made the whole experience 10x better!
I saw Grace and Dr. Keels for an annual exam. They were both so great. The whole team was. From the lady who checked me in, Ty the MA I believe, and Carol. Highly recommend this office. Everyone was so understanding and welcoming.
I had a visit here and was really satisfied with the care. But then I was charged for a testing I had said I didn’t need. I tried to dispute it but it was denied. Atrium health customer care department is trying to say the say urine was collected for what I was falsely charged for but in fact it was collected for a different testing that was needed. This is ridiculous.
