I used to love this location, it was my favorite in Charlotte. Over the past few months I’ve noticed a change in the staff. The ladies at the front desk don’t seem like they are enthusiastic or want to be there. I was checked in and had to talk across the room telling my full name and date of birth. I truly hope these ladies start to notice the small changes that can be implemented to turn this location around.
Fui a una consulta e día de hoy! Con a Dra Patel y la verdad horrible! Un trato horrible, despectivo.. utilizaron el translate y en un momento la conexión fue mala y batuqueó la pantalla ! Sinceramente ni ganas de volver, no me revisaron, solo me hicieron unos exámenes y NADA MÁS! de verdad que pésima atención y la recepción fue HORRIBLE
Today was my first visit at this facility and everyone was professional and sweet. My wait time was super short and my appointment was less than an hour.
I have loved every doctor, nurse, tech, front desk. They’re all so kind and informative!
Best doctors, nurses and staff! I prefer this location. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Very attentive anything you need and they will try their best to make it happen. I hate getting my blood drawn but Sirita always makes me feel at ease.
