I love our pediatrician but since being sold to Atrium it has been a mess trying to schedule a simple appointment. Having to speak to to an answering service and them having to call us back to make a sick appointment is just a headache. Why can we not schedule an appointment with the office like we use to .
Both my kids are Dr. Vapne parents for over 5 years. She is wonderful doctor, you can trust her.
Atrium pediatrics was very nice and the staff was very helpful. I was a little nervous about switching pediatricians but they were wonderful.
We love all the providers that we have seen at NW peds. We love Heidi Smoot, she is so caring and gentle with our baby boy. She is encouraging to my husband and I as we are new parents. I love how they have separate waiting areas for sick and well visits.
