Dr Matthew Martin is the best doctor we have ever seen. He genuinely cares about his patients. He takes his time, asks questions and keeps in touch with you through MyChart. Thank you Dr. Martin and also his wonderful staff.
Try and find a provider in another system (Novant, etc.). My experience as a parent has been atrocious. Cancelled appointments, almost no prognosis, long term treatment plan and even difficulty getting necessary prescriptions filled. The doctors generally don't want to hear what parents have to say regarding their child's condition and instead of looking at the financials of selling expensive procedures which lead nowhere.
Wish there was another option in area. We have issues with our daughter and chronic headaches since they advised a new medication. One time I called in the nurse was very dismissive and laughed at me issue and now after sending a message and calling no response since initial contact over 36 hours ago.
