I had a great experience at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Surgery Center in Clemmons. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, which made the entire process much less stressful. The facility was very clean and well-organized, and you could tell patient comfort and safety are a top priority. I had the best experience at this surgery center. From Amanda at the front desk to Lily at the recovery bed (I can’t remember everyone’s names bc of the general anesthesia). Everyone was so kind and good at their jobs. Thank you all!
Dr Kirse and his team did an absolute phenomenal job with my 4 year old who had to have a tongue tie procedure done. He was very nervous at first but they were able to work with him and he was very comfortable with all the staff and went back for his procedure without any crying or any issues. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I had such a pleasant experience at the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Clemmons surgical center. From the time I checked in till the time I left everyone treated me with compassion. The front desk staff, all the nurses including the ones who called me pre and post opt, anesthesiologist and surgical team were all great. They made me feel comfortable and safe at all times.
Every single member of the team were wonderful!! Top tier service. Worked like a well oiled machine from check in to discharge. Highly recommend.
