Overall visit and care team was excellent. I do not like the way the website check in process is done where it appears the only option is to pay before the visit. Also, when checking in, you are told what the balance is and only when you ask to have it billed is that acknowledged. Need to be more transparent and include all options.
I was experiencing severe pain in my knees at times. I met with Dr. Peohling, and he had both of my knees injected with some material. Since then, I have had very little pain. Quick appointment, clean facility, good parking, good treatment.
In person the doctor was easy to work with we could have done it just as well over the phone I was thinking there might have been more to it than that but he pretty much had an idea of what was taking place and that was really all that needed to be said so we I guess we got the answer we wanted but we could have done the same thing on the phone.
Very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in little time.
