A long wait time for the appointment- can be 30-45 min before you get take by a nurse and then again 15-20 min wait before you get seen by NP and then you wait again for 30 min for your labs! The appointment itself lasted for 15 min.
Dr. Gibbs-Morris and her team are amazing! They are very professional, kind, and respectful. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. I highly recommend them.
This OB/GYN office is newly opened, and it is nice and clean. However, the staff at the front desk were rude from check-in to check-out and lacked professionalism, which created a negative atmosphere for patients. My wife was very upset after the visit and even cried in the car. We will be transitioning her care to a different office. I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that things will improve.
Latoya was very polite and extremely professional. It was our first time meeting. I will definitely be a repeat patient of hers!
