So far so good finally a doctor that listens and figured out what is going on with my daughter and not gaining weight but we have now got her to gain 10 lbs so far
I made an appointment for a physical at this office and left a message to for them to confirm it would be a physical. They never called back. Of course it was not a physical, but I There and I requested to pay at time to check out all I did was talk to the doctor and I paid and now I have another bill from them for a piddly amount, but it’s infuriating. Why would I pay? I got an estimate it was less than what I paid there and then they want more. Do not trust this doctor office.
The new app does not allow you to request med refills anymore. The automated message doesn't give you an option to request med refill. Very frustrating. They need to do better.
This review pertains to my health care with Dr. William Smith. Dr. Smith is thorough with reviewing my chart prior to coming into my room. He always patiently reviews my lab results with me and answers all my questions. He makes sure I remain current with getting my preventive tests completed before my wellness visit. I highly recommend this health care doctor.
Love the entire care team. Doctor Zamora is very caring and provides the right level of care to me in order to stay well!
