Downtown Health Plaza is the worse... The only thing they know how to do is answer the phone and take notes.... Wont return calls and dont take patients health seriously AT ALL....... Patients will die before they finally decide to help and they JUST DONT CARE‼️
Very unprofessional.They don't take patients. They also don't take care your health conditions seriously.The manager or supervisor "Monica Brown" she's very unprofessional. They also like to denied medical records to patients as well "Note after visits" always have false statements by some of the residents that pretending to be MD during the examination isn't privacy they bring students to the room making you feel uncomfortable.
Es una excelente clínica todos son muy amables y te explican con mucha paciencia aunque no hables su idioma.
