Just like everyone else complained, the lady at the front desk needs to learn some customer service skills. I said multiple things and she wasn’t even responding. I had to ask her to either say yes or no, so i know if she got what i am saying. Now, the wait time. Please work on fixing this. If i am making an appointment, i shouldnt have to wait for 2 hours before being called in. Maybe change the time, inform patients ahead of time so we can come accordingly? I received great service and care. Everyone was cordial and sympathetic. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly.
When I arrived at steele creek urgent care everyone of the staff members were excellent, very caring, showed so much empathy and took good care of me.
Everybody was so professional and pleasant
