I was seen within 10 minutes. Thank ok vitals & asked what happened. Two PA’s suggested I go to hospital. Called ahead & git right in. This facility was better than expected.
Bad cough, runny nose and bad breathing. Got fairly quick apt and all went very good with nurse and doctor. Got prescriptions just before pharmacy closing, sweet. Doing much better now., not quite over it though.
Courteous staff, clean facility, knowledgeable practitioner with great bedside manner and care.
Luckily, the Steele Creek is never busy, so that's my go to location rather than the Rock Hill Atrium unit. As for the Rock Hill location, somehow it just doesn't make sense that an urgent care appointment can be called urgent care when it is scheduled for 36 hours later. Steele Creek is as soon as 20 minutes. My only question is why there is no xray capability at that site. My diagnosis for a serious respiratory infection could have been better served with that tool, but I'm perfectly fine with an Empirical approach. This w... read more
My experience at the doctors office/urgent care was good and fast. The only thing that could have been better is the office sending over the prior authorization to my pharmacy. I still have not been able to receive the prescribed medication and my visit was on Monday.
