Tried to bring my daughter here due a work accident..was told by front desk that they couldn't take anymore patients eventhough they were closing at 5pm. We arrived a few minutes before 4pm and this was the location her job sent her to..I was extremely disappointed for the lack of concern from the lady at the desk. There was only 1 patient waiting in the waiting room ahead of us. I worked at an urgent care in the past and we took walk ins especially job related injuries with paperwork.
My last visit to this urgent care was not great. I had a doctor who talked down to me nearly the entire appointment. Today, I walked in and made an appointment to come back at a later time. I arrived on-time for my appointment just to find there was no one at the desk. I waited for nearly 20 minutes at the desk and was not checked in. I received a text that said my appointment had been cancelled due to my no-show. I don’t go to urgent care facilities often, but this is by far one of the worst I have been to.
