Fast and efficient care. I walked in and was seen within 2 minutes of sitting down. The provider Naomi was nice and caring and knowledgeable. I will definitely return if needed.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a medical office and medical professional. I was seen by Madison last week. She was rude, unprofessional, and lacked compassion. I left in tears. I’ve called and left a message with Wanita, the office manager and never received a call back. I wish I had read reviews before my visit. It appears this issue with Madison is normal and acceptable by Atrium.
Visited this location this morning and had a wonderful experience! Reserved a time online ahead of time and was taken back within minutes of arrival. Nurse Erica was amazing and empathetic when listening to my symptoms and concerns. PA Chad was great not only with explaining my medical situation and test results but he also had really and good, genuine bedside manner and made me totally comfortable and relaxed in his care. Will definitely be back next time I need an urgent care!
