4 days ago, we walked into the urgent for my daughter. She needed stitches. The PA and the staff were nice but there was lack of professionalism. The front desk was empty and nobody was available to check us in , then a staff member walked in carrying a new born baby. ( On our way out, her husband was lounging at the front office and no staff available again.) 4 days later we walked in again to remove stitches, this time the room only had one person sitting and the front desk representative said we would be next.
