The I received was excellent.
I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. The clinic was completely empty when I arrived, and I was the only patient at the time, yet I was made to wait over an hour despite having a scheduled appointment. After finally being taken to a room, I waited another full hour, and the provider never showed up. I was in significant pain and eventually had to leave and go to a different location, where I was seen quickly even without an appointment. I had a serious eye injury. The provider was awesome & found the problem. Prescribed antibiotic eye drops & ointment. My eye was better the next day!
The give good service
This is the second time I’ve tried going to this location, and BOTH times the building has been COMPLETELY EMPTY, however I was stated a minimum of a 3 hour wait for “online reservations” of people not even there. When a walk in arrives, there is absolutely no reason for them not to be seen based on a “reservation” NOT there & might not show. I work in the medical field, and this is completely unrealistic. If you need an urgent care, visit the Fast Med in the Kohls shopping center!!!
