Best urgent care option I've found! Courteous staff and knowledgeable providers.
I had a "reservation" Friday morning which it turns out isn't an appointment, but merely reserves your relative wait time. They were very busy but seemed to do a good job making people relaxed during the wait. The PA I saw for my sinus infection could have done a better job communicating if I had infection in sinus/ears/lungs, but was otherwise friendly and thorough.
I had a bad fall while traveling from Scotland to Charlotte. I was able to get an appointment the next day after we arrived, and while we had to wait a bit, the staff was very nice. We chose this place specifically since they had an X-ray facility on the premises. The X-rays and showed no fractures, according to the doctor. I had hoped they would wrap or tape my ankles but they just sent me on my way and said to take over the counter meds. My experience on 11/8 was excellent. The PA’s skills were admirable. She communicated very well and once I started taking the prednisone, My symptoms quickly improved.
