Service was excellent. Everybody was wonderful and so very welcoming!
The lady at check desk which was a later added staff member which was nuch older was very kind and very perfessional. The doctor was very tural when it came to everything I needed which was a test result. But she also was kind and I understand she had to be very busy.
Easy to use phone agent to acquire an urgent care appointment within a few hours on a Saturday. Novant web site had list “ no appointments available” across all their sites. Dr. And staff were professional and efficient. In and out in less than an hour and picked up RX on the way home.
