I am usually very satisfied with Atrium services. This instance wasn’t great. The staff at check in was great. The MA was great. The NP that saw me wasn’t. She asked what was wrong and I told her. I think I have shingles. She wouldn’t leave the door as if I had some crazy disease she would catch. FINALLY, she said hop up on the table and I did.
