They were very efficient and helpful. Even though I arrived a half hour before closing they took care of my hand.
The staff were so nice! The doctor and nurse were both compassionate and I felt heard and was very happy with my experience there.
Daughter went to Monroe location. PA said her heart rate was elevated and didn’t test her for flu or Covid until fiancé asked them to do. They were just sending her home. Finally tested and positive for flu A. Gave her nothing but cough meds. Took her to Waxhaw ER next day due to heart rate. Did EKG and gave fluids. They were very good. Explained heart high but prob due to flu. Came down after fluids. Told her if went back up and stayed up to come back. Orig PA should have explained more at Monroe. Won’t go back to Monroe.
