I was 100% satisfied with Urgent Care. Everyone courteous and friendly and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Wasn't my first visit there and will certainly be back when necessary. Highly recommend.
The ladies/ nurses who triaged me were great and attentive. But the doctor who we saw was very unhelpful. Everytime I asked a question he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and told me to do what I felt was right for a bad stomach bug for my child. I was sent home with no treatment plan, no discharge paperwork, no information at all. Google has given me more and better answers than this doctor did.
Atrium Urgent Care got me in a timely manner to address a terrible virus. Staff was very polite & helpful. I wish the Dr on call had given me some meds, but other than that I was very pleased. Would use them again.
