Our son fell and busted his knee open this past Thursday evening, bad. Needed stitches. The staff here was FANTASTIC! After phone calls and a trip to another urgent care location, who wouldn't see us, we got here at about 7:40 at night and were in a room within 5 minutes. The staff stayed until my son was all stitched up, about 8:45 PM, when they close at 8. Alexa, Maria, and the team could not have been nicer and we are so grateful!
Make sure you watch your kids and hold them tight; there are people following, watching, and waiting for you to get sidetracked.
Listened to, examined & advised with exceptional care
I came in 8.12 expressing concerns with my abdominal pains, before taking vitals the nurse expressed carefully that the “provider” NP KATHRYN ANNE FRACCOLA may refer me out to the emergency department due to not having the equipment to properly diagnose which I understood. After taking vitals and asking questions, the nurse notified me that I do have a slight fever and that she would notify the provider of my concerns. Scheduled online and was seen in about 10 min after appt time. Had taken a fall and ribs were extremely painful. I had expected an xray but was told it wouldn’t matter anyway since the treatment would not be different. Five minutes and advice to take Tylenol and ice packs. Kind of hard to ice down your entire left chest. After a month pain is better still tender. X-ray would have been reassuring for an older patient such as myself.
