My first great experience at an urgent care! It was quick and easy to reserve my spot, check in was easy, location was clean, staff/nurses were all very nice.
This was a very easy and professional experience. The provider, Katie, was as nice and knowledgeable as could be. Would definitely recommend.
On time & efficient
The X-Ray Tech was very compassionate, empathetic and had great bedside manners. The PA was the total opposite. Anytime a care provider brings up time, they don’t care, they’re just trying to get you out of there. My visit to this urgent care was good until my personal interaction with the PA. Her beside manners were non-existing, she lacked empathy and concern and downplayed my health concerns, and mentioned that she only had 15 minutes.
