Although the staff was attentive and friendly, I was disappointed with my experience. I was told to go directly to the ER because the care I needed was to significant. After 3+ hours at the hospital, the doctor at the ER told me that he saw no reason why I wasn’t treated by urgent care.
I don't want to be too harsh because the service at Atrium and this location is typically 5 stars, but my last visit was... concerning, to name it somehow. Since I've been receiving multiple requests to review my last experience; I pretty much got no significant outcome from the visit other than realizing I had to go to my PCP instead. The nurse that took my vitals and measurements was more knowledgeable than the actual provider that comes afterwards, and props to that first nurse but I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supp... read more
