Long wait times even with a reservation. No mask enforcement in the sick waiting area even for patients sitting directly next to the door everyone has to walk past…walk ins get seen ahead of people waiting 45 min past their reservation time. Front desk lacks awareness and empathy. Didn’t notice the little girl crying as she left because no one offered her a sticker 😢 then told me no when I tried to help get the girl a sticker.
Doctor was absolutely amazing and very kind. I would come back just to see him. Front desk, specifically heather, was god awful. Rude and didn't do a lick of work to help in any fashion. I am appalled.
No wait. 3:00 pm Thursday. Friendly and helpful receptionist and nurse. Was seen almost immediately by a doctor who was able to get me immediate (but temporary) relief after 2 weeks of sleeplessness and coughing. Gave me a respite until I could meet with a specialist. This dr gave me hope as he seemed to know exactly what to do. Was so sick didn’t get any of their names. Sorry. You guys get 10 out of 5 stars
Do not go here at the end of the day if you are sick and expecting to get medication because they will not call in all of your prescribed medication. I went in on May 2 and got checked out at 8:00 pm. Apparently the doctor was in a big hurry to go home because she only called in one of my medications to the pharmacy even though I told the nurse to be sure and call both of the medications in.
