Excellent highly professional care. Immediately identified problem and facilitated EMS for transfer. Kind, thoughtful and caring. Highly recommend.
I only put one star because it made me. I had stitches taken out at this urgent care. I asked if they can do it they said yes. The provider that came in to remove the stitches was terrible. First off he didn’t clean the area before doing any cutting. I asked him to clean and he ignored me. Proceeded to cut the stitches, he was fighting the stitches and was causing me so much pain, I asked him to stop multiple times. Again ignoring me saying he’s ok. Ive had bursitis in my knee for almost 3 weeks. Im a VA patient and get 3 urgent care visits each year. I was seen here a few weeks ago. I was given naproxen. Now my knee is worse. I called to see if they would drain it and give me antibiotics, they said, "they dont know". I don't want to waste time going here again and use my last urgent care visit for the year.
New in town. Mother was very ill. Excellent compassionate care. Thankyou to Dianne, gloria and dr. Morton. You guys were a comfortable. You will be our go to for minor health issues.
