Great staff and location. The reality is if you need an urgent care visit, you are going to wait to be called back during busy times. But they have a feature to schedule a place in line. And there is screen in waiting room that gives you updates on where you are in line and approximate wait time.
I was not told that you can't give antibiotics to an rsv patient. Iwas given antibiotics
I fell and was in a lot of pain. Every person I encountered (except security at the door, who was less than nice, even though I was walking with a walking stick) was extremely kind and helpful. The procedures, treatment, and follow up was explained clearly. The doctor was open to all my questions.
They were great and professional. The doctor, nurse, and X-ray technician helped ease my concerns.
Waited 5 hours to get seen by someone.
