Nice doctor's visit.
The Dr was not rushed, sympathetic to my most likely acute sinus infection. Listened to my medication allergies and chose the most appropriate course of treatment. I’m very pleased!
The young man at the desk is compassionate and effiicent -. He also has a wonderful personality. The facility staff are pleasant and know what they are doing, have used this facility for 4 years and told others about it.
Another lazy and frankly-insulting ploy by Atrium to take your payment/insurance info up-front but provide only services that even a child with a Fisher Price science-kit microscope could easily surpass. If it isn't something that any old pair of scrubs can look at and go "Yep, that's bacterial, probably..." and assign broad-spectrum antibiotics, then you should find an actual Urgent Care -- They'll tell you just as much themselves when you're seen. I had a great experience at the Atrium Urgent Care in Rock Hill SC. The reception staff was very caring and professional. I was called back to be seen within a few minutes. The Provider was competent and diagnosed my problem, explained my care and sent the prescription immediately to the pharmacy of my choice.
