I checked in at 10:30 AM for my 10:38 appointment and waited almost 2 hours without being called. During that time, new people came in after me and were seen before me. When I asked the front desk, I was told I was a walk-in which was not true, I had a scheduled appointment. Then I was told someone came outside and called my name.... I was sitting alone in the lobby for about 30 minutes. There’s no way I would have missed it.
