I saw Caiyln an NP and thought she was nice but sat at her rolling desk across from looking at the computer the whole time. She went I said oh I see you saw Dr. Hoppenfield for injections and an RFA for my back three years ago. Yep and I never came back. She asked me who sent there and I was like it doesnt show you my Orthopedic doctor referred me. He cannot really prescribe any beneficial pain medication. Very little waiting time for my visit, the PA’s are efficient and I see them every other visit. I see Dr. Hancock every two months and he is very good and tries his best to help me manage my pain. He always upgrades my meds if I need them. He is very attentive and easy to talk to about what is bothering me.

The staff are nice but since the old doctor left it’s been hell. This new guy : Dr R canceled my refill instead of telling me I needed to come in for a visit So I was without my meds for days. Which is unacceptable. Then most recently Dr. R. lied in my visit notes and failed to mention what our entire conversation was about. Said I haven’t been in the office since last April. After seeing this low rating, I was skeptical. However, I had my second visit today and a procedure with Dr. Hancock. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses, PA's , and everyone else were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and caring. Dr. Hancock, the Renee's and Jasmine went above and beyond. Kudos to this clinic. Thank you so much. Chronic pain is debilitating and this staff just went above and beyond. Thank you, Mary Decker
