After seeing this low rating, I was skeptical. However, I had my second visit today and a procedure with Dr. Hancock. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses, PA's , and everyone else were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and caring. Dr. Hancock, the Renee's and Jasmine went above and beyond. Kudos to this clinic. Thank you so much. Chronic pain is debilitating and this staff just went above and beyond. Thank you, Mary Decker

This is the most unorgized office, ever, the staff don't answer the phone. They fo not call you back if you leave a message the communication is lackluster at best. When you go into the office it feels like you are going into a dungeon it's dark and feels stuffy, no one great you when you come in. And the front desk ladies are there to take up space, because they do not look like they enjoy their job when you send a message asking about medications because you are in pain. They say you have to make an appointment to discuss ... read more

This place will not help you manage your pain but will cause you more pain and stress than you can ever imagine! It’s not worth it to me and I will just have to find another way to manage my pain. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone, just told to leave messages and then they treat you as if you are a drug seeking individual. Dr R is very good at giving injections but unfortunately the relief doesn’t last for very long. The facility lacks human compassion, they’re only good at making life difficult for you and blame it... read more

From Samantha at the front desk, to Pamela the Nurse Practitioner, to Dr. Ravanbakht during the procedure, and the entire support staff, absolutely first class exceptional conscientious professional care. Extremely pleasant experience.

What a rip off! First I had an extremely bad experience with one of the doctors who showed no compassion or cared about my health. After that, I switched doctors and have been relatively satisfied, until today when I discovered they charge what they call a "facility" charge. When I questioned what the charge is for, the lady says it is to be able to come into the office to see the doctor. So for a "follow up" visit with the doctor, I pay my co-pay and my insurance pays for the doctor visit AND, I have to pay to walk into the... read more
