I am extremely shocked at how poor the treatment has been. We came in around 9:30 due to my brother having a seizure and he has yet to be seen my the neurologist nor has he had an MRI…. It’s 8:20 PM…. There’s been no clear communication on what’s going on and if I don’t ASK for an update I don’t get one. Last time his nurse was in here was 6:30….

Highly violate your privacy why am I saying out loud in front of a line of people why I need to be seen when most hospitals and doctor offices provide u a paper to fill out that information isn’t that against hippa?
