The room in the emergency department that we were in was very dirty...there were dried up spots of blood and paper and plastic caps for needles and tubes....and hairs and dirt on the floor like it has not been swept in a long time....but the staff was very nice and friendly.

This is such a horrible hospital. Understaffed, underfunded and lack of care. They can't even afford to hook you up to an IV bag or give you a gown. Prepare to wait in waiting room for hours even feeling faint, shortness of breath and can barley sit up, they'll heartlessly make you wait in the hard chair cold waiting room for hours, almost gave up and laid on the floor I was so weak. The worst hospital in Charlotte, NC is correct! The staff suck, The rooms dirty, The bathrooms dirty. One nurse walked around on his phone all day. They took forever to let my fiancee in the room even though I was already settled in. I would NEVER go back to that hospital again.

Had my dad in today. He is in rough shape, but you wouldn’t know it after he left. Job well done to all the folks in the ER! Doc G and the rest of the team, YOU ROCK! Radiology, YOU ROCK TOO!
