Probably the worst place to go seek help! Do not go place! Feel like they are don’t care about you! Waiting room is full because of slow care! Staff keep ordering pizza while patients waiting on them. Spent hours to get help. Slow and unprofessional service!
Update: I literally had to personally contact a member of the corporate office of this payment processor in order to get the bill dismissed. It took many weeks of searching to even find the right person for this. It’s not right that I had to do go this far, but if you’re experiencing the same issue as I did, contact ApolloMD. When facing medical impropriety, persistence pays off. Atrium's payment processor for certain bills, PaymentsMD, is grossly incompetent. Sat in the waiting room for the er for 2 hours and saw other patients with less of a emergency seen before me this is a poor excuse for a emergency room
