I have been here twice, both times for pregnancy concerns and they took me in really quick, they didn't wait a second! Nurses and all staff in the ER and nurses Doctors on the maternity care area are the best! Day don't judge you, they took me seriously and jump to action really quick to make sure my baby was okay and I was okay. They heard me and My nurse told me that no matter what, I should go back if I feel something is wrong, that Is better to be there 25 times and been told we are okay than waiting at home and risk my ... read more

My experience with hospitals hasn’t been the best, from the range of, caring for me with the accidents to the birth of my beautiful princess, it just stunk yk. But here ms L or Samantha Lockhart at atrium west intake service was spectacular! I mean she even was as attentive enough to her patients (bc I mean what else could we be) to say god bless me when I sneezed! Now I was not in her line of sight so it really meant a lot it meant she cares!!!!!!! You really did earn that badge

If I could rate lower of a star I would. I went in knowing I was having an ectopic pregnancy which we told the girl at the front desk who ignored my husband and I and started snickering about something to her coworker. She then took our information told us to wait seeing the excruciating pain I was in. Was extremely rude. We waited an hour I ended up loosing my right tube and was bleeding internally. I was admitted on Saturday for severe pain with three ovarian cysts. Literally from the moment I walked in the door (security personnel offered me a wheelchair and wheeled me to the front desk) to the time I was admitted to a room (front desk staff were kind and swift, staff who did my intake saw how much pain I was in and relayed to the other staff “she’s sobbing she’s in so much pain she needs to be seen immediately”) to the care I received from my nurse (Erin I believe her name was, she was so sweet and patient with me) t... read more

We were referred here by the urgent care Dr. who said my son had pneumonia after eval on X-rays. After arriving here we were placed in a hallway and they placed my son on O2 awaiting transport to pediatric hospital. The Dr. here (who looked like a homeless person) said he didn’t have pneumonia and wouldn’t provide antibiotic or allow us to transfer/leave to the awaiting pediatric hospital due to low BOL.
