I was doing a echo stress test and while I was on the treadmill a nurse came into the room and said the echo is not covered by the insurance so they could not proceed with the test. Long story short they asked me at least 5 times my dob and name but apparently that was info for the dogs. They did not really care what I was saying and it was quite embarrassing. As a heart patient, maybe next time I can have a stethoscope to allow doctor to listen via computer. Hands on is missing as expected but times dictate to do things differently.
Very friendly staff and I have a great doctor as well.
