I have been a fan of my physician for many years but now that I have a legitimate and pressing health concern no one on the staff is able to help me and I've left messages daily for my dr and was told today by a staff member (rather rudely in fact) that I may or may not hear back before this "procedure" I'm scheduled for on Monday morning.
Good doctors but terrible staff. OfficOffice staff is rude not. responsive
My husband and I have been going to South Charlotte Primary Care for 7 years. Our son now goes as well. Our little guy was sick a lot when he was younger and they always made sure he was seen the same day. They truly care about the patients! We couldn't be happier!
Doctors are awesome but there has been a change in the their office staff. If youre lucky youll get someone like Maggie who is very sweet and professional. If not youll get Naomi whom is one of the most contemptuous front desk receptionists ever! Her attitude and rate of service make the office seem trashy.
Waited 40 minutes before being seen. Simply unacceptable. This practice normally has it together but it seems their service to their patients isn't important to them.
I have been a patient of Dr S McPhee for 15 years. She is am amazing caring and professional doctor. She's never too busy for her patients. Her staff is incredible too. Especially Ayala. If you are looking for a doctor who really cares about her patients then this is where you want to go. I can't praise them enough
