No. No. No nooooooo. I went 3 times within a month my hand was hurting a lot! 1- 30 Min wait in phone line to speak with a rep 2- you have to tell them specific details what you need! To have a chart entry correction! The front staff is so rude. Would not recommend to anyone.
They only have a ten minute late window. I have a severe physical disability, and my first appointment, I was 11 minutes late, partly because I was on the phone, dealing with another medical place in Concord that couldn’t seem get my UTI treatment right for some reason. Also, I live 45 - 50 minutes away from the place. Sometimes, things happen, and this place doesn’t seem to allow much forgiveness for its patients. RecommendedWhile I recommend the Harrisburg office, I recommend Dr Peacock. I have nothing but great things to say about her! Punctual, friendly, really cares and listens. She offers options. I never feel rushed. I needed a follow up for my migraine issue and she had a packed schedule. So I opted to virtually see Dr. Aurie. My phone call Appt was at 9:20am. I have been going to this office for years seeing Dr.Toosi, since I turned 13 and I am 23 now. In the last year I have had horrible experiences. I have been told I would get a call back within a certain timespan and it doesn’t happen. I understand the COVID requirements and such however when I ask to be seen for a positive strep test, NEGATIVE COVID test, and I am told I can not be seen because of the nature of my problem I am infuriated.
