I have been going to this office for years seeing Dr.Toosi, since I turned 13 and I am 23 now. In the last year I have had horrible experiences. I have been told I would get a call back within a certain timespan and it doesn’t happen. I understand the COVID requirements and such however when I ask to be seen for a positive strep test, NEGATIVE COVID test, and I am told I can not be seen because of the nature of my problem I am infuriated. my husband was having pains in his chest and arm, told the doctor and instead of sending him to the hospital for tests, sent him home with anxiety medicine, well he passed away due to a heart attack, tried to call the doctor to ask her questions and never got a return call

1st 3 things to do when a patient walks in ... weight. . blood pressure and temperature . dont look at the patient and ask ... "" do u think u have a fever ?"
Friendly, professional and caring. I went here after I was 100% positive I broke my leg, I went in and they made sure I was cared for from beginning to end.
Avoid this place like your life depended on it! I've been seeing Dr Rose for almost 10 years, she is amazing! But since the main Dr retired a few years back this place has gone in the toilet, the front staff is incredibly rude including the office manager, they don't care about patients (the customer) one bit! If you are a current patient, run if you can, find another practice!
Everyone has been very nice to me. Concerned with what is going on. And determined to get to the root of problems I have been having. I have total respect for Dr. Rose as I call her. I feel she is very good at what she does!!
