Their billing department and customer service departments are exceedingly unprofessional. Before you could even get your question out, they are quick to get you off their line and transfer you to another department without even letting you know they're transferring you. It's very frustrating when you've been waiting on the line for 15 minutes and someone transfers you back into the queue to wait another 15 minutes for another representative.
