This facility can be seen as inconsistent in quality; however, this should not detract from the dedication displayed by some of the doctors who genuinely take their roles seriously. It is my observation that certain staff members exhibit unprofessional behavior. The Denver location had a 2 hour wait and I urgently needed antibiotics for a gum infection. Dr Hope was excellent, my prescriptions were ready at my usual pharmacy in under an hour. Due to the speedy processing my infection's pain was gone by the next morning. ( I am of course going to take the full regimen of antibiotics) Anyone who's had tooth or gum pain knows how debilitating it can be and how relieving it is to be rid of it in less than 12 hours.

I brought my 17-month-old son into urgent care after a fall, and we were sent for x-rays of his head, neck, and spine. What we experienced in the x-ray room with technician Renée was beyond unacceptable. From the start, Renée's demeanor was cold, rushed, and condescending. She seemed visibly irritated to be working with a pediatric patient and made no effort to explain the procedure ahead of time. The care team here and the facilities are wonderful here. This is our favorite urgent care and we travel to come to this location whenever we need urgent care. Also love that there were pink and blue masks, and cute children’s masks.! Unfortunately the gentleman who works the front desk wears such a strong cologne . It was so bad this time that I vomited in the rest room. Please be mindful of the terrible stink before entering the waiting room.
