Dr Baker is great. Is so thorough and always takes the time to listen to my concerns.
Every experience here has been absolutely phenomenal, especially with our kids. I am grateful for how quick we are seen, everyone is kind, listens, and wants to rule out all of the possibilities while we are there. We have felt so supported leaving this place every time and each time our kids say, wow, they are so nice! I cannot thank you all enough!!!
Doctors there are great. High turnover with nurses, and not all have great bedside manners.
I've been at urgent care many times with excellent care. This last time, I waited in the room for over 1 hour. I heard voices in the next room. I finally went in the hall and someone asked if needed help. I told him how long I've been waiting. Went back to my room and in walks Dr. Wise. He's not working I urgent care but came to help me Bottom line I dont think there was a doctor in urgent care. Why didn't the nurse tell me. All she said is the provider will be in No doctor's name. Lack of communication.
