After my previous doctor unfortunately left her practice, I had to find a new provider. With this office being right across the street, I expected the same level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I’ve only had two appointments, and both left me with a very negative impression — largely due to the RN, whose passive-aggressive attitude during even simple small talk (about purses, life, etc.) made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable.
