Dr. Carlson is excellent! She listens and finds solutions to treat me. She has compassion for her patients and truly cares . Great personality which makes it so much h easier to talk to her about any of my concerns. Ashley is excellent as well She offers care, compassion and as both of them are professional. All of the other doctors and.staff at One Health are excellent and go above and beyond to take care of each patient.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They showed compassion and made me comfortable at their office!
I am covered in hives and took an Atrium urgent care virtual appointment at 1 AM. I was instructed to see a physician in person as soon as possible. I was able to get an appointment scheduled with Dr. Carlson at 1:30 PM the same day. I was turned away by the staff since I was already seen via virtual visit the same day, and told to come back tomorrow if I didn't feel better after taking what was prescribed to me during the virtual visit.
